Deonna is a former teacher, administrator and advocate. Through engaging and thought provoking courses and resources, Deonna helps teachers and administrators cultivate a framework and toolbox for their practice. Deonna passionately believes that equity work is for everyone, and with the right support, schools and classrooms can be sustainable for teachers and liberate student potential! When she's not working with her students Deonna is hiking, baking or exploring Los Angeles.
